As often happens, the summer job done to earn money while in school turned into a career path for Michael Wolters. Little did he know when he picked up those paint brushes more than 20 years ago, that he would today be President of Precision Contracting Services. This is our history.

Working on summer paint jobs led Michael to masonry, carpentry and roofing jobs. Along the way he established a painting company and then started taking on more masonry, carpentry and full-service contracting projects. With his dynamic personality, hardworking attitude, and strong entrepreneurial spirit, it’s little wonder the company grew and flourished into what it has become today. Referrals have poured in.

In 2006, to best manage the individual businesses and more accurately represent the type of work being done by Michael and his crews, Precision Contracting Services (PCS) was founded. It proved to be the right move. It was not long before PCS was working coast-to-coast as a full-service general contracting company.

Fast forward a decade later, and the PCS goal to be the only contractor ever needed (and wanted) by their customers is within reach. In fact more than 90% of their customers state they will work with them again and/or refer PCS to a friend. That is a huge compliment taken very seriously at PCS.

Maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and quality reviews from other sites like Angie’s List and Porch.com is important at PCS. Yet even more so, PCS is all about delivering an exceptional contracting experience – great products, service and work – in one total package.

In Michael’s opinion, customers shouldn’t have to pay premium for someone to do great work on a timely basis. He feels that’s why he started PCS – do the very best of work at a fair price, do what it takes to keep your word, and treat people like you want to be treated.
