PCS was contracted to facilitate five existing space renovations for Wisconsin-based Walgreens stores to add brand new immunization centers. The project was a comprehensive renovation and build-out of existing store space to be dedicated to the new functional purpose. The project scope entailed new physical structures, painting, and addition of new mechanicals – electrical, lighting, plumbing, installation of new sprinkler units. Plus, replacement and enhancement to the flooring and ceiling.

Challenge: The build-out of the immunization centers for customers is in close proximity to the pharmacy. To minimize disruption to customers, PCS worked during night time hours for the bulk of the renovations. This allowed for more efficient project completion as well as reducing dust and debris exposure to customers.
